What is the Ipsos iSay app?

The Ipsos iSay app is available for iOS and Android smartphones. The app can be downloaded in the App Store for iOS iPhone users or in Google Play for Android phone users.
Will this app use up my battery?
This application will have only a minimal effect on the battery of your phone while you’re using it.
Does this application go online?
Yes. The application will go online to verify your log in information. It also goes online to access the content related to your Ipsos iSay, account such as surveys taken and points earned.
What will it cost me?
The application is free to download. As long as your mobile phone package includes a data allowance, you will not be charged to download or use the application. (If data is not included in your mobile package, you will be charged by your network provider when the application accesses the internet.)
How do I install the app?
The app can be downloaded in the App Store for iOS iPhone users or in Google Play for Android phone users. The app can be used on mobile software running on iOS 12 and higher, or Android 8 and higher.
Follow these simple steps to download the app:
- Go to the App Store
- Type “Ipsos iSay” in search bar
- Tap the “Get” button to install
- Go to the Google Play store
- Go to the Apps section
- Type in “Ipsos iSay” in search bar
- Tap the “Install” button
What are the minimum system requirements to use the app?
As of September 2021, the minimum requirements are:
- iOS: Requires iOS 12.0 or later
- Android: Requires Android 8.0 or later

How do I log into the Ipsos iSay app?
Open the app on your device and enter the email address and password associated with your Ipsos iSay Membership. Then tap the “Log in” button.
How much space will the app take up in my phone?
The Ipsos iSay app only uses 16 MB for Android and 48 MB for iOS of your local storage and stores minimum extra data.

Does the app use my data plan?
The app will use a small portion of your data. The app doesn't use data while open in the background since it uses the operative system services for notifications. We also suggest using the app while accessing the internet using a Wi-Fi connection if you would prefer to avoid using your data plan.
How can I check if how much data the Ipsos iSay app is using?
- Open the Settings menu on your device.
- Under Wireless & networks, touch Data usage.
- You can see how much data the Ipsos iSay app is using below the graph. Apps are listed in order of how much data they've used, so you might need to scroll to find it.
- Go to Settings > Cellular, then tap Cellular Data.
- Scroll to find Ipsos iSay and view how much data the app has consumed.
- You have the option to turn the toggle to “off,”, then your iPhone will use only Wi-Fi for the Ipsos iSay app.
Does the app track my location or the use of my phone?
The Ipsos iSay app does not track your location nor the use of your phone. If we ever introduce this feature in the future, it would only be done with your consent and a proper explanation of how we would intend to use the data.
How do I delete / uninstall the application?
To uninstall the app, drag the app icon from the menu (not the home screen) to the part of the screen that says "Uninstall" and release it there.
Touch and hold the Ipsos iSay app icon on the Home screen until the icons jiggle, then tap the “X” to delete it.
Note: Deleting the Ipsos iSay app also deletes its stored data, but it does not terminate your Ipsos iSay account. You can always download the Ipsos iSay app again in the future.
