How do I redeem my points?

Once you've earned enough points to exchange for a reward, you can redeem them at any time by signing in to Ipsos iSay and clicking on Rewards in the menu at the top of the page. You’ll be able to browse the Rewards Catalog to see the available rewards and the amount of points needed. Select the reward you would like to redeem and follow the steps to place your order.

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem your points for a variety of great rewards, including electronic vouchers, and charitable donations, such as the Ipsos Foundation, which promotes access to education for disadvantaged children and youth. Browse our Rewards Catalog by clicking on the Rewards tab in the menu at the top of the page.

How long will it take for my reward to be delivered?

Electronic vouchers are delivered instantly to the email address associated with your Ipsos iSay account, but sometimes this is not possible. Please allow us up to 4 weeks for delivery of all orders.

Can I change my order or exchange it for a different option after I've placed my order? Can I return an item?

Points redeemed for electronic vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or cancelled. All gift cards are redeemed “as is”. You assume responsibility for your gift card and points. No refunds will be issued.

Where can I use eGift cards? And can I use them in any country?

Many eGift Cards can be used in stores, online, or in mobile apps. Availability varies by reward. In most cases, gift cards can only be used in the country where you are registered. Read each individual reward's description in the catalog for specific instructions.

How long is an e-voucher valid for?

The validity period of e-vouchers may vary from one to another. You'll find the expiry date in the email containing the actual code. Please make sure to use it before the expiration date.

Do my points ever expire?

Your points don't expire as long as you remain an active member of Ipsos iSay.

If you terminate your membership, if your membership becomes inactive, or if you're deactivated, your points account will be closed and any unused points will be forfeited.

How long do I have to wait to redeem rewards after I join?

Your points don't expire as long as you remain an active member of Ipsos iSay. Newly registered Ipsos iSay members will need to wait 96 hours from their registration date before redeeming points. If you try to order any reward during this waiting period, you’ll receive an error message at checkout. Please note that, during this period, we will evaluate your survey answers and behaviors. We kindly point out that, per the Terms and Conditions which you accepted, Ipsos has the right to terminate your membership in the Panel automatically and without the need for a formal notice or any other judicial or extrajudicial proceedings, for any for any bad behavior, fraudulent use or behavior, or failure to abide by the terms and conditions, policies, or survey rules. In the event of termination for these reasons, all points and rewards will be forfeit, including those held in "Pending" status.

How long do I have to wait to redeem rewards after I change my email address?

Ipsos iSay members who request an email change will need to wait 48 hours from the date of change before redeeming points. If you try to order any reward during this waiting period, you’ll receive an error message at checkout. Please note that, during this period, we will evaluate your survey answers and behaviors. We kindly point out that, per the Terms and Conditions which you accepted, Ipsos has the right to terminate your membership in the Panel automatically and without the need for a formal notice or any other judicial or extrajudicial proceedings, for any for any bad behavior, fraudulent use or behavior, or failure to abide by the terms and conditions, policies, or survey rules. I want to redeem my points for a reward, but it doesn’t appear on the Rewards page anymore. What can I do?

When a reward is out of stock, it automatically disappears from the Rewards page. Don’t worry, we are working on making it available again. It shouldn’t take more than a few days. Make sure to check our Rewards page periodically.

I redeemed my points for a reward but haven’t received anything on my email. What can I do?

All the rewards will be sent to the email address associated with your Ipsos iSay account. If the reward is not in your inbox, please also check your Spam folder. If the reward is not in your Spam folder either - Contact support. To make sure you always receive all our emails, add us to your Contacts list.
