How do I earn points?
Earn points by taking surveys with Ipsos iSay. The number of points you earn for each survey will be indicated before you take the survey and may depend on several factors, including survey length. Your points will be added to your Points Balance within a few minutes after you complete the survey, unless the survey instructions indicate otherwise.
How do I check how many points I have?
After signing in, your current points balance is displayed at the top of the page next to the yellow star. You can view more detailed information about the points you’ve earned and any points you’ve spent on rewards by clicking on the points at the top of the page next to the yellow star.
How often is my account updated with points I've earned?
The points you earn are added to your account within a few minutes after you complete a survey, unless the survey instructions indicate otherwise. In some cases, points may take up to a few days to be awarded.
What if I took a survey and the points didn't show up in my account?
In some cases, there are surveys that are designed to take several days to finish, so the points might not be added to your account until the last day of the survey. However, if your points don't appear within a few days after taking a survey, please Contact Us.
How are the points added to my account when finishing a survey?
We always try to match you with the best survey, and sometimes when you start one survey, you are moved to another as part of the process of finding the right match. In this case, the number of points displayed at the end of your final survey is the sum of points awarded for each survey you have entered. The points will be added to your account balance, under separate survey numbers.
Why am I not receiving points after updating My Profile?
Completing your profile helps us match you with relevant surveys. You will not earn points by completing your profile but keeping it up to date will help you get invited to more surveys. The number of points you earn for each survey will be indicated before you take the survey.
