How often will I receive survey invitations from Ipsos iSay?

You can choose how you want to be notified about available studies by updating your notification preferences. To do that, log into your account, then go to My profile and click on Update Notification Preferences. You can choose to be notified by email, app and browser notifications or SMS text messages when you have new studies available.

Does Ipsos iSay have a mobile app?

Yes! We have an app available for iOS and Android devices. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

How do I receive my points or other rewards for taking a survey?

When you take a survey, our system counts the points you earned once you've fully completed the survey. For most surveys, points will automatically be added to your Account Balance within a few minutes of survey completion.

Why aren’t the points for a survey I just completed showing in my Account Balance?

For most surveys, points will automatically be added to your Account Balance within a few minutes of survey completion.

However, there may be some instances when the points for a recently completed survey don’t immediately appear in your Account Balance. This could be due to the specifics of the study or occasional technical issues. In these cases, the points will be added later. It could even take a few days after survey completion to see the points in your Account Balance.

When I click on a survey link from my email invitation, I can’t connect to the survey. What should I do?

  • If clicking on the link doesn't work, copy and paste the link into your browser.
  • The link may be cut across two lines or more. If it is, you may have to copy and paste each line separately.
  • Try to access the survey from a different device or in a different web browser. Please note that browser extensions, different security software or VPN solutions might block our survey links or content of the survey pages.
  • If you still cannot access the survey, Contact Us.

What should I do if I'm having some trouble or technical difficulties taking a survey?

If you experience difficulty with any part of the survey experience, use the Contact Us form and provide a brief explanation of the problem. Please include as much information as possible.

If you entered the survey from your dashboard, please send us the number of the survey - it’s the 6-digit number found in the list of available surveys in your Ipsos iSay account. You can identify it by searching for the date when you completed it.

If you entered the survey from an email invite, please include any other details that might help us identify the survey, such as the date and hour when you completed it and the topic of the survey.

Why can’t I re-enter a survey after I exited it?

If you exit a survey without fully completing it for any reason, you’ll be able to access it again after 10 minutes.

Why do some surveys end or kick me out early?

Many surveys are looking for specific characteristics that might or might not apply to you. Although it can be frustrating, ending a survey early ensures that we don't waste your time.

Some surveys are also looking for a certain number of respondents from particular demographic groups. When a survey ends early for you, that could mean that we already have the necessary amount of respondents from your demographic group.

How do I know how many surveys I’ve taken?

To check your survey history, sign in and click on your Points Balance at the top of the page – it looks like a number with a yellow star next to it. There you'll find all the information about the points you’ve earned and the surveys you’ve taken.

Why do surveys I've already completed still appear on my Dashboard?

There are times when the system may take longer than normal to change the status of a survey shown on your dashboard. This could be due to traffic volume on our website or an issue related to a specific project.

Which device (desktop, mobile, etc.) should I use for taking surveys?

Our website is compatible with all devices, including computers, smart phones and tablets. Many of our surveys can be taken from either desktop or mobile devices.

Certain surveys might be required to be taken on desktop only or mobile only. If you’re having difficulty accessing a survey from a certain device, try taking it on one of your other devices.
